All our items are made to order. We do not keep pre-made stock.
We do our best to display product images accurately, but minor colour or placement variations may occur due to screen differences and printing processes.

4. Prices & Payments

Prices are shown in USD by default. Buyers may view prices in their own currency where supported.
We accept Shopify Payments and PayPal at checkout.
VAT for EU orders is collected automatically at checkout in accordance with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason (such as material unavailability), we will contact you and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are made to order and usually take 5–7 business days for production before dispatch.
Shipping times vary by location and typically range between 3–10 business days.
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, USPS, and other reliable carriers.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times and tracking updates depend on the carrier.
If an item appears lost or delayed, please contact us — we will do our best to support and resolve the issue with the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

In short:

We accept returns or refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Made-to-order or customised products cannot be returned for change of mind.
