At KinkyKove, every item is made to order with care. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
We accept refund or store credit requests for the following situations:

You received the wrong item

Your item arrived defective or damaged

You received an incorrect product or print
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@kinkykove.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a solution — typically a refund or store credit — and provide a return shipping label if needed.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

Personalized or custom items

Sale items

Digital downloads

Gift cards

Items returned without prior approval
We also do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or change of mind. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations as each product is custom printed just for you.
