Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order.
Please allow 5–7 business days for production and preparation before your order is shipped.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom, USA: 3–7 business days
  • Europe & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.


Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s progress.


Shipping Partners

We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, USPS, and other local couriers depending on your destination.


Production Partners

While KinkyKove is based in the United Kingdom, we work with reliable production partners located around the world.
Your order may be printed and shipped from the nearest facility to your location to help reduce shipping time and environmental impact.


Customs and Import Taxes

Most products are shipped from within your local region, so customs fees are rare.
If an item ships from outside your country and customs or import duties apply, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost in transit and cannot be located, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
If tracking shows the order as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local courier or postal service first. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot be held responsible for items marked as delivered.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and product type.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
KinkyKove cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Shipping Delays & Holidays

Occasionally, there may be delays outside of our control — including postal strikes, severe weather conditions, customs checks, or seasonal backlogs (such as during Christmas or major holidays).
We kindly ask for your patience during these times. Rest assured that your order is important to us and we’ll always do our best to ensure it arrives as quickly as possible.
