What materials / brands do you use?
We use high-quality, soft, comfortable blanks such as Bella & Canvas,Comfort Colors, and Gildan. Each item is made-to-order, with care in printing and finishing.
Are these items ready to ship, or do you make them after I order?
All items are made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and give you more flexibility for custom requests (within reason).
Can I place a custom or personalized order?
Yes! We accept custom orders, but please contact usbeforeplacing the order so we can confirm feasibility, pricing, and timeline.
How do I know what size / dimensions to pick?
Please refer to the size charts included in the product photos or in the product description. Measurements are given in inches (or cm) for each size. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us and we’ll help guide you.
Will the printed colors match exactly what I see on screen?
We strive for color accuracy, but due to differences in device screens, lighting, and printing processes, the product may vary slightly from what you see online.
How should I care for / wash this item?
Generally, you should machine wash cold on the reverse side, avoid bleach, tumble dry low, and do not iron directly on the print. You’ll get a link to full care instructions with your order.
How long does production and shipping take?

What’s your return / exchange / refund policy?
Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details. In general, because products are custom-made, returns are limited. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
